• Former UK Special Forces tier one & two with a minimum 10 years service
• Commercial experience within Africa & Middle East
• Security Management, Consultancy experience & recognised qualifications
• Security Industry Association (SIA) Close Protection License
• Medicine in Remote Areas & Offshore Medic qualifications
• HSE IOSH & Nebosh qualifications with the experience to implement a company's HSE plan
• Off Road Driving Skills
• Foreign Language Skills, French, Spanish, Arabic & Russian
• Understanding of Kidnap & Ransom procedures
• Experience of Implementing Community Support Programs
