Jason Woods – Managing Director

Jason is the founder member of SNE Group, who served 10 years in the Parachute Regiment and worked the past twelve within the private security industry. He is a proven example of someone who has selected his career path intelligently and has worked his way up from grass roots level into senior security management roles working all over the world in places such as Pakistan, Israel, Afghanistan, Sudan, Nigeria, USA, Kurdistan, Europe and is a former in-country manager of a security company in Iraq.
Since the formation of SNE Group & Special Projects back in January 2009 Jason has been the driving force behind the development of the company brand and recruitment of several of the senior personnel now involved. His core values are based upon a pro active mind set striving to produce quality of service and value for money for SNE clients within today`s modern private security industry. In his spare time Jason enjoys keeping fit, walking his dog and socialising with friends.

Rear Admiral Anthony Rix works with SNE as an independent consultant in a business development and quality assurance role. Recently retired from the Royal Navy, he has extensive experience in the planning and conducting of Naval and Joint operations, both nationally and internationally.
He has also worked in the Ministry of Defense in Procurement, Corporate Communications and Policy areas, and has commanded major warships and shore Headquarters in the UK and abroad. In the last 5 years of his Naval career, he planned and commanded counter-terrorist and counter-piracy operations in the Mediterranean and Middle East.

Franc is a multi-lingual London School of Economics-trained political risk analyst, who served in the British Army as a Military Intelligence Officer and also gained his wings with the Parachute Regiment with proven skills in: investigative due diligence, corporate investigations, competitive and military intelligence, counter-intelligence and corporate strategy.
Franc has extensive FTSE100 and Fortune 500 exposure across a range of sectors. Franc has also run community affairs programmes, managed security and provided Threat assessments for oil & gas companies from North Africa to Iraq. He has advanced protective driving, trauma management, martial arts skills and is also a scuba instructor and avid diver.

Phillip served in the British Army for seventeen years, six of which were served in the UK Special Air Service (SAS). He left the military in 2001 and in the last decade has worked all over the world as a security advisor and close protection officer in many of the trouble spots across the globe where he has carved himself out a reputation for professionalism and integrity.
Phillip has joined SNE Special Projects as our Operations Manager specifically concentrating his efforts on our growing business in the Middle East & Africa. Philip has become a well known face on TV as an expert on security matters regularly appearing on Sky and BBC news and has become a popular after dinner talker.

Chris spent thirty years as a Police officer and has extensive experience in both Public order and community based policing and as a public order commander he led teams at many hundreds of public order and security events across London. A very experienced Police Security Co-ordinator (SECCO). In this role he co-ordinated the Counter Terrorist security for visits to the UK from foreign governments and dignitaries.
His specialism however is in the field of strategic Counter terrorism advice and best practice. As Head of the National Counter Terrorism Security Office he had three major responsibilities within the United Kingdom. He was responsible for training, accrediting, tasking and co-ordinating over 250 Counter Terrorism Security Advisers across the UK. Within this role he developed National Strategies for these work streams and especially for the protection of Crowded Places where NaCTSO are acknowledged as world leaders. Some of the training and awareness programmes he has instigated are known worldwide. His speaking typically includes 30 plus keynote speeches a year at major conferences in the UK and abroad. He has written many articles for magazines and is frequently quoted in the newspapers and media and Chris is also a fellow of the Security Institute.
